Why choose a genuine filter?

Our genuine water filters are specially designed with activated carbon to effectively reduce chlorine, metallic taste, cloudiness and odour.

The carbon attracts the contaminants, trapping them inside as the water passes through the filter resulting in fresh, pure tasting water and ice.

Our filters are made to the highest quality and NSF Tested and Certified to AS/NZS 3497 and AS/NZS 4348 for substance reduction.

Why should I change the water filter?

Over time your water filter will collect filtered out contaminants that will diminish its effectiveness and the quality of your water. Neglected water filters can not only stop capturing harmful contaminants but also create issues with your water quality. At best, outdated water filters mean you are drinking unfiltered tap water, and at worst you could be doing damage to your refrigerator's water supply. Our fridges are designed with a Water Filter replacement indicator to alert you when it’s time to change the filter (usually every 6 months).
